DonutsDelivery.online and DonutStudio are operated by Zero Action, trading as DonutsDelivery, CVR 44004690, Trekronervej 2, 1 th, 8930 Randers NØ, Denmark. By using this website or DonutStudio, you agree to these terms.
DonutStudio is provided as a free edition and an optional paid Pro edition. The free edition is free to use, including commercially, for as long as you like. A license (free or paid) is personal, non-transferable, and not for resale or redistribution.
A free license is activated with an email address, which we use only to issue and validate the license — see the Privacy Policy for details. Don't share your license key or attempt to bypass license activation; we may revoke a license used this way.
Paid licenses are sold through Stripe. Prices, recurring charges, and applicable VAT are shown before payment. Consumers may withdraw from a paid DonutStudio purchase within 14 days of entering the contract without giving a reason, including after activating the license. To withdraw, email support@donutsdelivery.online before the period expires. We will refund all payments covered by the withdrawal through the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the request. The refunded Pro entitlement will be deactivated.
This withdrawal policy does not limit mandatory rights concerning defective or non-conforming digital content. Contact us at the same address if DonutStudio does not work as described so we can provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Pro rent-to-own costs $20 USD per month plus applicable tax. It may be cancelled online at any time from the account page. Cancellation stops future charges, and Pro access continues until the end of the paid billing period before reverting to Free. Payments already made are not refunded after the withdrawal period unless required by law. A perpetual Pro license is granted after 12 successful monthly payments, totaling $240 USD plus applicable tax. Customers are not required to complete all 12 payments.

Don't use DonutStudio or this website for anything illegal, don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our servers, and don't use the software to infringe someone else's copyright. What you create with DonutStudio is entirely yours.
DonutStudio and this website are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We try hard to keep things working and bug-free, but we can't guarantee the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DonutStudio or this website, including lost data or lost work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish or EU law.
We may update these terms occasionally; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use DonutStudio or this website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes that can't be resolved directly will fall under the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country.
