Terms of Service

Last updated: July 6, 2026

DonutsDelivery.online and DonutStudio are operated by an independent developer registered as a business in Denmark. By using this website or DonutStudio, you agree to these terms.

The software

DonutStudio is provided as a free edition and an optional paid Pro edition. The free edition is free to use, including commercially, for as long as you like. A license (free or paid) is issued to you personally and is not for resale or redistribution.

Accounts and licenses

A free license is activated with an email address, which we use only to issue and validate the license — see the Privacy Policy for details. Don't share your license key or attempt to bypass license activation; we may revoke a license used this way.

Purchases and refunds

Paid licenses are sold through Stripe. If DonutStudio Pro doesn't work for you, contact us and we'll sort out a refund on reasonable terms; EU consumers also have statutory withdrawal rights for online purchases under applicable Danish and EU consumer law. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Acceptable use

Don't use DonutStudio or this website for anything illegal, don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our servers, and don't use the software to infringe someone else's copyright. What you create with DonutStudio is entirely yours.

No warranty

DonutStudio and this website are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We try hard to keep things working and bug-free, but we can't guarantee the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DonutStudio or this website, including lost data or lost work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish or EU law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use DonutStudio or this website after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes that can't be resolved directly will fall under the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country.
